2024BridgestoneGolf Ball
The tour ball engineered for the swing speed most golfers actually have, which is rarer than it sounds.

Most tour balls are designed around the speed of the people who play on tour and then sold to everyone else, and the RX is Bridgestone's answer to that mismatch. The core is built to compress fully at the swing speeds of a competent club golfer, which means a driver strike that keeps ball speed up and spin down rather than skidding off the face under compressed, and a urethane cover that still grips a wedge.
The result is a ball that flies as long as an X for the golfer it is meant for and lands softer around the green than most in this bracket. The reactive cover technology that Bridgestone advertises does something measurable off the driver and less around the green than the marketing implies. It sits at a full tour price, which is the only reason value is not higher; a golfer paying this much could also play a Pro V1 and might, but the RX flatters a slower swing in a way the Titleist does not.
