One address, read by a person
support@tiermarks.com for corrections, rights-holder requests, press and everything else.
One address, read by the person who writes the reviews: support@tiermarks.com. There is no form on this page and no ticket queue behind it.
Elsewhere
New verdicts are posted to Instagram and YouTube. Neither is a support channel: a reply there is a reply from whoever happens to be reading, and the address above is the one that reaches the person who writes the reviews.
What to expect
Most mail gets a reply within a few working days. Privacy requests — access, erasure, objection — are answered within 30 days, which is the commitment made in the privacy notice. Anything that needs a page changed takes as long as checking it takes, and you will hear the outcome either way.
Corrections
If a review has a factual error — the wrong director, the wrong release date, a spec that does not match the retail unit — name the page and say what is wrong. Fixes are made on the page itself, and when a fix moves a grade it is recorded in that review’s changelog with a date, because a grade that changes quietly is not a grade anyone can trust.
Disagreements
Disagreeing with a verdict is not a correction, and no amount of mail moves a letter. The reader grade beside ours is the place for that — it is why every product carries two marks, and why the two are never averaged together.
Rights holders
Poster and cover artwork appears here at low resolution to identify the work under critical review, and every file is attributed — the position is written out in the artwork credits. If you hold the rights to an image and want it removed, write from an address at the rights holder’s own domain, name the page and the image, and it comes down while the request is checked. Nothing is argued first.
Press, PR and review copies
There are no affiliate links, no sponsorships and no advertising behind any review on this site, and no arrangement is on offer — the independence rules are on the about page. A review copy buys nothing: it does not guarantee coverage and it cannot move a grade. Send one if you want to, say plainly that it came from you, and if the product is reviewed that fact is disclosed on the review.
What this address is not
It is not support for the products reviewed here — their makers run that, and we cannot reset anyone’s password. Questions about the terms of use belong on the terms page, and how grading works is answered in full on the methodology page.
