LineMarshal Review
Flat monthly pricing, a QR code instead of an app, and a waiting room that empties itself: the rare tool that ships its whole promise.

Almost everything in this vertical is priced per seat and sold on the assumption that somebody will spend a week configuring it. LineMarshal inverts both. Customers scan a QR code, join from their own phone browser with no app download and no account to create, and watch their position and estimated wait update in real time; staff work a live queue board, throw it on a lobby screen with TV display mode, and call people back by SMS or banner notification. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install, which is why a front desk can be running the same afternoon it signs up.
Pricing is the other half of the grade. Free covers the first fifty customers served, Pro is $49 a month, and Max is $69 a month with multi-provider queues, any-available routing, shift and capacity management, a provider calendar and dynamic scheduling; annual billing takes off roughly fifteen percent and the plans stay month to month with no contract. A flat rate that never punishes a clinic for adding a receptionist is the right shape for this problem, and almost nobody else offers it.
