Google Workspace Review
The fastest way to put a company online, and the one suite where collaboration was never bolted on afterward.

Two people editing the same document at the same second is not a feature here, it is the architecture, and twenty years on the competition is still catching up to the thing this suite started with. A company gets a domain, mail, video, storage and an administration console in an afternoon, the sharing model is simple enough that nobody needs training on it, and practically every other business tool on the market ships a Workspace integration before it ships any other. For a startup, and for most teams under a few hundred people, it is the default for good reasons.
The reservations are honest ones. Google retired the old assistant add ons, bundled Gemini into every paid plan, and raised prices between sixteen and twenty two percent to pay for it, so the suite that was always the cheap answer is now merely reasonable at seven, fourteen and twenty two dollars a seat by tier.
Sheets is still not Excel once a model gets heavy, and finance teams notice within a week. Support is the complaint in every review round, thin and slow unless the contract is large. And for regulated or genuinely sensitive material the data question is unavoidable, which is a real reason some industries stay away. For everyone else this is the best value in business software, and the grade says so.
