Titleist T150 Review
2023TitleistGolf Club
A T100 with two degrees of extra gearing and a slightly thicker sole, for players who want a yard back.

T150 replaced the old T100S and is the better club for it. The shaping is essentially T100, thin topline and modest offset, but the lofts are two degrees stronger and the sole is a fraction wider with more camber through the leading edge, which keeps it from digging when a stronger lofted iron is delivered with a steeper attack. More tungsten sits low in the head to stop the strong lofts from flattening trajectory, and the result is a ball flight that peaks a touch lower than T100 and holds a green anyway.
This is the set for the player who likes tour shaping but keeps coming up short of the flag. Feel is a fraction firmer than T100, still soft by any normal standard, and the feedback on a heel strike is unmistakable. Titleist priced them at $200 a club in steel, so a seven iron set runs to fourteen hundred dollars. That is a lot of money for two degrees, and it is still the right buy for most single figure players.
