GT3 takes the Seamless Thermoform Crown, a single-piece polymer matrix top that replaces titanium and removes the mass a bonded joint would demand, and applies it to the adjustable players' head. The saved weight goes low, which is how Titleist keeps the compact profile while still improving stability over the TSR3. The SureFit CG track carries over unchanged, a rear channel with a weight that locks into five detented positions from draw to fade without altering swing weight, and the SureFit hosel adds sixteen loft and lie combinations on top.

The head is smaller and squarer at address than the GT2, with a centre of gravity set further forward, so spin runs lower and the flight flatter for a player who delivers enough loft to use it. Sound is firm and low. Lofts are 8, 9 and 10 degrees. The letters are a provisional placeholder: nothing gets a real grade until it has been hit on a range and measured rather than read about.
