The hollow body iron shrunk to a shape a good player will actually put in the bag.

P770 exists because plenty of players want the hollow body's ball speed in a head that does not look like a game improvement iron at address. The face is forged 4140 steel, the body soft 8620 carbon steel, the cavity carries the lighter foam and a tungsten weight low in the toe, and the whole package is measurably smaller than P790: shorter blade, thinner topline, less offset. You give up a little forgiveness for that, mostly on strikes out toward the toe where the smaller face runs out of hot area sooner.
Everything else transfers. Lofts are only a touch weaker than P790, the flight is high and steady, and the feel through impact is genuinely soft for a hollow iron. The narrow sole works well from a firm lie and less well from anything fluffy. A seven piece steel set launched at $1,399.99 in 2023. For a single figure player who wants distance without the chunky look, it is the most complete iron TaylorMade makes.
