ZX5 Mk II keeps the Rebound Frame concept, alternating flexible and rigid zones running from the face back into the body so the chassis returns energy rather than absorbing it, and adds an i-Flex variable thickness face on top of it. The thinner region sits low toward the centre, protecting ball speed on the strike below the middle that most amateurs produce. The carbon crown panel is enlarged over the original ZX5, which pushes the centre of gravity lower and further back and lifts stability on heel and toe strikes.
At address it is a full 460cc with a rounded, slightly deep profile and a neutral to faintly draw-leaning setup. Impact sound remains softer and lower than most of the category, which is a large part of why the line has a following. Fitting is a twelve-setting hosel, with stock lofts at 9.5 and 10.5 degrees. Provisional entry, held flat at C as a placeholder until a fitting session and range testing produce numbers worth standing behind.
