A face mapped to real amateur impact data, with thousands of tiny deflections instead of one smooth curve.

Ai Smoke Max is built around the Ai Smart Face, which differs from previous machine-designed faces in what it was optimised against: instead of maximising speed at the centre, the process used a large set of real amateur impact locations and shaped thousands of micro-deflections across the face to protect speed and control spin where those players actually strike it. The chassis carries over the carbon-heavy construction of the Paradym line with a triaxial crown and a composite sole, and the Max is the high stability member of the family, a full 460cc with mass pushed low and rearward and a neutral to slightly draw-leaning setup.
Sound is firm and low. Fitting is the eight-way hosel and shaft, with no sliding weight on this model. Lofts are 9, 10.5 and 12 degrees, and the Triple Diamond, Max D and Max Fast versions cover the rest of the range. The letters are a provisional placeholder: nothing gets a real grade until it has been hit on a range and measured rather than read about.
