Aggressive groove geometry on an unplated face, and the most spin available off a dry lie.

Callaway has always chased spin harder than anyone, and Jaws Raw is the clearest expression of it. The groove walls are cut to thirty seven degrees, about as aggressive as the rules allow, the edges are sharp enough that you can feel them with a thumbnail, and the face is left unplated so it oxidises within a few rounds and grips a little harder. Off a dry lie the spin numbers are the highest in the category, and the ball checks with a bite that flatters an average pitch.
Two things temper that. The sharp grooves wear noticeably faster than a plated face, so the advantage fades across a season of practice, and the raw finish means the head looks tired long before it plays tired. Feel is firm with a distinct click, less refined than a Vokey or a Mizuno. Grind options cover most turf conditions without matching the depth of the Titleist range. At $179.99 it is priced with everything else and out spins most of it.
