The first face shaped by a machine learning loop rather than an engineer, with a sliding sixteen-gram perimeter weight.

Epic Flash was the first driver face designed by an iterative machine process, and the wavy ridged pattern behind the strike area is what came out of roughly fifteen thousand simulated variations aimed at ball speed near the centre. Behind it sit the two Jailbreak bars, which stiffen the body vertically so more impact energy stays in the face, and above it a triaxial carbon crown that frees weight for the sole.
The standard Epic Flash also carries a sixteen-gram weight on a rear perimeter track, giving a genuine draw or fade bias of roughly ten yards depending on where it is parked, plus an eight-way adjustable hosel. The head is 460cc with a fairly deep face and a sharp, loud impact sound that is the model's most divisive trait. Lofts are 9, 10.5 and 12 degrees, with the Sub Zero handling low spin. The letters are a provisional placeholder: nothing gets a real grade until it has been hit on a range and measured rather than read about.
