Elyte replaces the Paradym line with a thermoforged carbon crown, a process that lets Callaway shape the composite into an aerodynamic ridge running across the top of the head rather than leaving the crown flat. That ridge is there to manage airflow at the top of the downswing, and the carbon itself is thinner and lighter than the triaxial material it replaces, so more mass is available for the sole. The face optimisation is broadened, tuning across roughly ten variables including ball speed, spin, launch and off-centre retention rather than chasing speed alone.
The standard Elyte is the neutral 460cc member of the family, mid launch with mid spin and a firm low sound. Fitting is the eight-way hosel plus shaft. Lofts are 9, 10.5 and 12 degrees, with Max Fast, Triple Diamond and X versions handling lightweight, low spin and draw-bias fits respectively. Provisional entry, held flat at C as a placeholder until a fitting session and range testing produce numbers worth standing behind.
