Hyundai Santa Fe (2024) Review
2024Santa FeCar
Hyundai turned a nobody into a convincing Land Rover impression and priced it below everything it copies.

This is the most dramatic thing Hyundai has ever done to an existing nameplate and it worked. The upright body, the squared lights and the enormous tailgate opening read as deliberate rather than derivative, and the shape lifts maximum cargo space from about seventy two cubic feet to nearly eighty on roughly two inches more wheelbase. There is a real third row now, a flat load floor, two twelve inch screens across the dash, and a specification list at the base price that shames most rivals.
The warranty is still the best in the business. The reservations run consistently through the reviews. The center console is a wall of small identical buttons and the push button gear selector needs a look every time you use it. The ride is firmer and busier than the styling implies. The 2.5-liter turbo drinks hard for its output, rated at twenty two combined with all wheel drive where the hybrid version manages thirty four, which is why the economy and engine grades sit under the rest. Buy the hybrid, and accept that Hyundai resale still trails the Japanese by a distance.
