Audi Q6 e-tron Review
2025Q6 e-tronCar
The car that proves Audi finally sorted its software, on a platform that does everything competently and nothing memorably.

The Q6 matters because of what it fixes. Audi's electric cars had been held back by software that was slow, unfinished and occasionally hostile, and the new system is quick, logical and genuinely pleasant to use, with a passenger display that does not distract the driver and physical controls left where they belong. The platform underneath brings 800 volts and 270 kilowatt charging, which puts it in the same conversation as the Koreans, and 321 miles of range achieved through sensible efficiency rather than a vast battery.
The chassis is tidy, the refinement is excellent and interior quality is a clear step above the smaller Q4. What it is not is interesting. The styling is careful to the point of anonymity, the driving experience is competent without ever asking anything of you, and the price climbs quickly once the options are added. Premium electric residuals have been poor across the board and there is no reason to expect this one to defy the pattern.
