2024LGTV
The cheapest way to own an OLED that behaves like an OLED, and the compromises are the ones you can live with.

The B4 exists to get the price of a real OLED under the number a lot of people have in their heads, and it does that without cheating on the things OLED is for. Blacks are truly black, motion is clean, viewing angles are wide and the input lag makes it a fine gaming display, with four HDMI 2.1 ports and 120Hz support that the equivalent Sony and Samsung entry models do not offer.
What you give up against the C4 is brightness: the panel is noticeably dimmer, which matters in a bright room and in the loudest HDR highlights, and the processor is a step down, which shows in upscaling of poor sources. The stand is a pair of feet rather than a centre plinth. For a dark or evening room it is the value pick of the year, and in a sunlit lounge the extra money for a C4 buys something you will see.
