The Club at Bond Head Review
Thirty six holes on rolling farmland, and the North course is a genuine championship test.

Bond Head gives a golfer two very different days on one property. The North course is long, exposed and demanding, with wide fairways that still find trouble, deep bunkering, large contoured greens and a back nine that plays as hard as any public course in Ontario when the wind is up. The South course is the reasonable sibling, shorter and more forgiving, with more variety in its holes and the better scenery of the two as it works through a ravine.
Conditioning across both is a real strength, with greens that are quick and consistent and fairways that are firm through the summer. The land is open farmland with long views and few trees, which some find bleak and others find exhilarating. The green fee is high for a public course and fair for what is delivered, and the thirty six hole structure means a tee time is usually available. It is the most complete public facility in the region.
