Harmony Creek Golf Centre Review
Thin as architecture, useful as a two-hour iron session with a scorecard attached.

An executive eighteen at par 60 and 3,315 yards, wedged between Oshawa subdivisions and the creek it takes its name from, with a driving range attached to the operation. Judged as golf architecture it is thin: mostly par threes and short par fours, small flat greens, minimal bunkering, and a routing that doubles back on itself often enough that you can hear range balls being struck on half the holes.
Judged as a place to hit every short iron in the bag inside two hours, it does that job well and cheaply. Conditioning is middling and predictable, with greens that stay true but slow, fairways acceptable through spring and tired by August, and tees that go thin under volume. The setting is the weak point, more suburban corridor than parkland, and the creek is scenery you glimpse rather than golf you play. It walks flat and fast. At thirty dollars, with a bucket beforehand, it is a fair evening practice round.
